Dress Code

• Wear name tags. Our name tags are in the purple zebra bag.
• Wear a club shirt. Each volunteer must have the same shirt.
• No hats.
• Wear dark pants. No jeans, yoga pants, shorts, leggings, or sweat pants.
• No books or electronics, including cell phones.
• No flip flops.

Duties Before Bingo Begins

1. Sign in using the volunteer binder on the SPECIALS counter. Our club name is CRSC.
2. Greet customers at the door from 9pm to 10pm.

Duties While Bingo Is in Session

1. Help the floor staff locate people who have called bingo or are looking to order specials. If staff do not see or hear them, help flag a staff member down.
2. Collect any food trays and return them to the snack bar counter.
3. Carry out any extra duty that staff ask you to do, such as handing out bingo dabbers or tickets for a promotion.

Duties After Bingo

1. Thank customers for coming at the door from 9pm to 10pm.
2. Wipe tables, straighten chairs and machines, and throw out garbage. DO NOT THROW OUT BINGO CARDS UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT SESSION IS DONE.
3. You MUST stay for your full scheduled shift: 7pm to 11pm, or 5pm to 9pm where listed in the schedule.
