Jumps

Understand takeoffs, air position, rotation, and the controlled landing edge shared by figure-skating jumps.

Jumps combine speed, timing, power, and precise edges. They are grouped as toe jumps, which use a toe pick to assist takeoff, and edge jumps, which leave the ice directly from an edge.
